Testing Services

OTS 6000 kN Horizontal Test Bed is especially designed for non-destructive and destructive testing of steel wire ropes, synthetic ropes and chains. The test bed is computer controlled with automatic data acquisition, storage and evaluation.
The standard test programmes are basic proof load, destructive tests, elongation tests and dynamic tests. The machine can also be set to manual test and be configured to special needs. The machine has a class 1 load cell calibrated according to DIN EN ISO 7500-1:2004.

All tests can be verified by class companies.
