Ropes

Dextron®12 Plus is a torque-free, 12-strand braided rope with maximum strength-to-weight ratio and size-for-size has the same strength as steel. Dextron®12 Plus is made with Dyneema® SK78 and is an excellent wire rope replacement with extremely low stretch, superior flex fatigue and wear resistance.

The Dextron Aqua rope is especially designed for applications within the fishing -and aquaculture industry. The rope construction combined with the lower grade Dyneema® SK62 fiber and special coating to withstand flushing makes this a especially good product for aquaculture applications. 

Based on the construction of the Dextron®12 Plus rope. Made with Dyneema® XBO fiber for improved cyclic bending properties. 12-strand torque-free rope construction with with round and firm shape. Maximum strength-to-weight ratio and size-for-size has the same strength as steel. Extended service lifetime in applications with multiple bending.

Made with Dyneema® DM20 with ultra low creep performance. DM20 is a UHMWPE based fiber grade from DSM Dyneema with ultra low creep performance, typically used in ropes that are permanently maintained under tension.

Maximum strength without compromise. The Dextron® Super is a rope made with Dyneema® SK99 - the ultra-strong fiber. Dextron® Super is the optimal choice for operations with very high demand on modulus and breaking strength.

Made to provide radial stability and best possible spooling capabilities while maintaining the high strength gained from the Dyneema® fibers. The rope has a polyester control core and is finished with a stiff outer jacket and a special durable coating.

The 12-strand polyester rope made by OTS is a torque-free rope suitable for towing pennants, towing lines, and mooring lines. Made with High Tenacity Polyester fiber (HT Polyester) the 12-strand polyester rope offer high-strength and good abrasion resistance.

Made with high-quality Nylon (PA) fiber with excellent mechanical properties. The rope is especially suitable for towing pennants and mooring tails, and is often combined with OTS Protective jacket™ for increased service lifetime.

12-strand braided rope, five times stronger than steel and ten times stronger than aluminum. Using liquid crystal polymer (LCP) technology, Vectran™ has excellent tensile properties as well as a high strength modulus.

A 12-strand braided rope used in applications where the superlative properties of aramid yarns are needed most. Twaron Aramid yarn provides a unique combination of high strength, low weight and high temperature resistance.
